Password reset – page 1 of 2

To reset your password, you need to:

  • answer a question that you have set up under the Online Guardian Challenge Service
  • have previously registered your mobile phone in Online Banking.

Your temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile phone by txt. (The password will not be displayed here).

If you have forgotten your customer ID you will need to call us on 0800 400 600 (between 7.00am and 11.00pm, 7 days a week), or +64 9 912 8000 from overseas (international toll charges apply).
